How much does shipping cost?
For UK orders, shipping costs just £1.99 for art prints. Other items cost £3.99. For other countries, please add a print to your basket and the price will show at checkout.
Why don't you do this particular design on canvas?
Canvases are made to order so any art piece you see can also be made on canvas. Please reach out and ask and I will make this available.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on your order and where you are located, production length and delivery times will vary. For UK customers, art prints are dispatched within 1-2 days and are shipped via Royal Mail First Class. International deliveries in the USA will be via UPS/USPS, and can expect longer delivery times, but we usually aim for 2 weeks. For the rest of the world, delivery can take between 1-4 weeks.
Cushions and canvases are made to order so therefore have longer production times. Canvases take 2 and cushions upto 3 business days before dispatch. Delivery method is chosen as the most cost effective for your location. MyHermes, IPostParcels and ParcelForce are the three we use for UK deliveries, and delivery is usually 2 - 4 days.
My item hasn't arrived and the expected delivery time has passed, what should I do?
In this occasion please contact me using the Contact Us page. We will try and track this for you. If there are any issues with this we should be able to refund you or replace the item.
My item is damaged, what should I do?
In the rare circumstance this can happen, please contact me immediately via the Contact Us page and we will resolve this for you.
Do you accept returns?
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with our product, you may return it in its original condition for a full refund, within 14 days of receiving it. Please use the Contact Us page for any queries. I will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
I've received my order but some items are missing?
Different stock may be sent separately - you can reach out to me for clarification, but if you hold tight you will usually receive the rest of your order soon after

How do you paint your work? Are you a traditional artist?
No, I am a digital artist. All my work is handpainted, but digitally using a graphics tablet and pen rather than paint and a canvas. Please look here to see my process

It's just me! I am a self employed artist and I am lucky enough to be able to paint every day. I am passionate about what I do!
Can you ship a canvas to a different country other than the UK and USA?
Not usually as canvases are heavy and shipping will reflect this. However, we can look into this for you on a case by case basis.
Why don't you ship to my country?
Canvases are UK or USA only - however prints I can ship worldwide. If your country is not showing, please reach out and I shall sort this for you.
What about import taxes?
If import taxes are due they are the customer’s responsibility.
